  • Zumba

    Get moving, have fun, and feel the beat—no dance experience needed! This beginner-friendly Zumba class is all about enjoying the music, getting your body moving, and letting go of perfection. Whether you're new to fitness or just want a joyful way to stay active, come as you are and dance your way to a healthier, happier you.

    Cardio exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, has been scientifically shown to improve heart health by strengthening the heart muscle, lowering blood pressure, and improving circulation. It also boosts brain function by increasing oxygen flow to the brain and stimulating the release of mood-enhancing chemicals like endorphins and dopamine, which can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

  • Slumber Meditation

    A 30-minute guided meditation designed to help you release the day and ease into deep rest. Through gentle breathwork, calming visualization, and body relaxation techniques, this session invites stillness and serenity—perfectly preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep.

    Meditating before sleep has been scientifically shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to lower heart rate, reduce cortisol levels, and calm the mind—making it easier to fall and stay asleep. It also improves sleep quality by reducing rumination and nighttime anxiety, which are common barriers to deep, restorative rest.

  • Breathwork Meditation

    Discover the power of your breath in this calming meditation class centered on mindful breathing techniques like box breathing. Designed to help you reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate inner calm, this session offers a gentle yet effective reset for the mind and body. No experience needed—just breathe, relax, and restore.

    Box breathing, a controlled breathing technique, has been scientifically shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress by lowering cortisol levels and heart rate. This rhythmic breathing pattern also improves focus, emotional regulation, and mental clarity by increasing oxygen flow to the brain and balancing carbon dioxide levels in the body.

Please arrive to class early if it's your first time. You will need to sign a waiver.

Indoor shoes ONLY - you can participate in socks/ barefoot otherwise.

ONLY WATER allowed in the studio, your belongings can be stored in cubbies in the waiting room.

Please bring your own mat for meditation classes. There are a limited number I have on hand as back ups if someone forgets.
