Goals range anywhere from nutrition 101, where we go over basic healthy eating habits, to performance based goals to help you complete your next 10km marathon. Together we will establish your ideal personalized macronutrients, create meal plans, and even create grocery lists.

Wellness Coaching
Access weekly sessions with me where we will focus on your overall wellbeing and create a plan to bring more balance into your life. Goals can range anywhere from learning simple stress management techniques, to building better sleep routines, to creating healthier boundaries and daily habits that leave you feeling grounded. Together we will design personalized strategies, set realistic steps, and use tools like trackers and accountability systems to support you as you build lasting habits that enhance your everyday life.
$70 per month

Complete Nutrition + Wellness
Access weekly sessions with me where we will take care of both you nutrition and wellness goals. This is a great option for anyone who wants to work hard towards their goals and is ready to tackle obstacles. This plan includes all the basics from both the nutrition and wellness packages and combines them into a habit building plan to fast track you to overall health and wellness . That means we’ll get you personalized macros, meal plans as well as get you on your savings goals, stress management, etc.
