What’s The Point Of A Monthly Membership When I Could Do An 8 or 12 Week Program Instead?

My 8 and 12 week programs are designed to be an intense jumpstart to habit changes. They require significantly more dedication, time, and attention both daily and weekly. Ideally, clients who choose my 8 and 12 week programs have some history of macros tracking and already have a bit of an exercise/movement regime. That being said, I can adapt my programs for any level of experience.

My month to month services are geared towards folks who are looking to make slow, lasting changes bit by bit to encourage maximum behaviour and lifestyle change. They are intended to build up habits slowly and deliberately so that in time you won’t know your day to day routine without them.

What Exactly Happens During The Free Consultation?

A consultation with SIX is designed for us to get to know one another. We will discuss some of your current habits and lifestyle choices, as well as establish a baseline for nutrition, wellness, etc. We will work through some intake forms and I’ll tell you a little bit about what to expect from coaching with me, and ideally, we will set up a plan for our next steps together.
