Our classes are small, supportive, and designed for every body—no perfection or gym membership required. With affordable pricing and a focus on personal attention, this is your space to move, breathe, and feel good. Come as you are, and leave feeling stronger inside and out.

Get moving, have fun, and feel the beat—no dance experience needed! This beginner-friendly Zumba class is all about enjoying the music, getting your body moving, and letting go of perfection. Whether you're new to fitness or just want a joyful way to stay active, come as you are and dance your way to a healthier, happier you.
Cardio exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, has been scientifically shown to improve heart health by strengthening the heart muscle, lowering blood pressure, and improving circulation. It also boosts brain function by increasing oxygen flow to the brain and stimulating the release of mood-enhancing chemicals like endorphins and dopamine, which can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. -

A 30-minute guided meditation designed to help you release the day and ease into deep rest. Through gentle breathwork, calming visualization, and body relaxation techniques, this session invites stillness and serenity—perfectly preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Meditating before sleep has been scientifically shown to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to lower heart rate, reduce cortisol levels, and calm the mind—making it easier to fall and stay asleep. It also improves sleep quality by reducing rumination and nighttime anxiety, which are common barriers to deep, restorative rest. -

Where Are Classes Located?
37459 Kilgard Rd #113 Abbotsford, BC
We rent studio space from Abbotsford Dance Center. The facility is bright and spacious featuring a mirrored wall, professional sound system, and sprung floors for comfort and safety.
Class Rules:
Classes must be booked in advance -> NO DROP INS
Please arrive to class early if it's your first time. You will need to sign a waiver.
Indoor shoes ONLY - you can participate in socks/ barefoot otherwise.
ONLY WATER allowed in the studio, your belongings can be stored in cubbies in the waiting room.
Please bring your own mat for meditation classes. There are a limited number I have on hand as back ups if someone forgets.
Classes will be cancelled if no one signs up, up until 1 hours before class is scheduled to start.
If you do not attend a class after signing up, you will be labelled as a NO SHOW. Three NO SHOWS and you will not be able to book a class going forward.
